Describe the object, moment, and method
Provide the executor with the batch identifier, quantity and units of account, address, preparation status, and the applicable agreed specification.
Clarify what is checked before packaging, after it, or during loading.
Specify the document against which the result should be compared and its version.
The method, sample size, and evaluation criteria will be agreed with the qualified service provider in relation to the product and the task.
Do not assign an arbitrary sample proportion based on advice from a general article.
If a laboratory is required, separately clarify the procedure for sampling, identification, sample transfer, and the laboratory’s scope of work.

If the inspector was shown not the entire object
Hypothetical example: some bags are unavailable, and the supplier asks to close the inspection based on the visible part.
The report records the limitation and the actually inspected object.
The buyer decides whether to continue the work after determining whether the information is sufficient; the coordinator does not expand the inspector’s conclusion independently.
The same approach applies when changing the batch, packaging, or site.
Inspection is not transferred to a new object just because the commercial name of the product matches.
First, clarify what basis has changed and what needs to be re-inspected.
Close the assignment, not just the visit
Accept the report together with the original assignment, attachments, and list of limitations.
Unclear results are returned to the executor for clarification.
For deviations, determine who is responsible for the decision and additional confirmation if required.
Save the package in the shipment document register.
Inspection is one of the sources for the readiness decision, not a substitute for contractual terms, official control, or market approval.
This boundary helps the buyer order the required inspection and avoid paying for a result that answers a different question.
