What is stored
The form stores your name, company, contact details, country, product, transaction stage, deadline, request and consent time. Signed-in enquiries are linked to your account. Messages and project updates are stored in the CRM.
Who can access it
Team members have access according to their role. Clients can access only enquiries linked to their account and the shared conversation. Internal notes are not displayed to clients.
Storage and connected channels
The website and CRM are hosted on FirstVDS in Russia. Sign-in uses email and password. When messenger channels are enabled, incoming messages are transferred to the CRM; the messenger also processes information under its own terms.

To correct your information, request deletion or ask about processing, contact runfta@mail.ru. Do not send confidential trade documents through the initial enquiry form.
